But Today He's Re-Creating The Fabulous Tastes And Smells Of Geraldina's Kitchen For Vinito Ristorante, Where Orlando Foodie And Vinito Partner Tommy Khatib Enticed Him To Open An Authentic Italian Restaurant. You'll Often Find Khatib Side By Side in the Kitchen with Chef Marsilio, Fine-Tuning His Italian Cuisine at the Newest Restaurant at Premium Outlets Orlando, International Drive.

"My Source Of Inspiration Is Italy, Its Products, And The Roots Of Italian Cuisine," Said Marsilio. "My Birthplace Is In Italy's Campania Region, In The Shadow Of Mount Vesuvius Where The Volcanic Soils Grow Some Of The Best Produce In Italy."

Campania Is Home To Sunny Sorrento And Naples, Home Of The Pizzas And Tomato Sauces That Have Come To Define All Of Italy's Cuisine. It's A Land Of Plum Tomatoes, Vineyards, and Orchards With Peaches, Apricots, Figs, Oranges And Lemons. And The Bounty Of The Sea - Scungilli (Conch), Clams, Mussels, Octopus, Squid, Shrimp, And Locally Caught Fish Are The Inspiration For Many Of The Region's Culinary Creations.
